Our mission is to strengthen the consumer and trade appreciation of cider through education, industry promotion, collective influencing, and the recognition of cider and cider related events.

We are a trade organization formed by cider producers throughout North Carolina with the intention of promoting awareness of regional ciders, and to grow a diverse and successful North Carolina Cider industry.

The Association acts on behalf of its members by monitoring and influencing any changes to both state and federal law, and it coordinates educational and promotional programs with other state and regional entities that share similar goals.

Activities are focused on educating the public about the qualities of craft cider, fostering cooperation, sharing resources within the industry, and the organization and execution of North Carolina Cider Week as a primary method for furthering these goals.
